About the Pro Dunk and Hercules Rims
Pro Dunk and Hercules basketball sets come with heavy-duty institutional grade basketball rims. The rim uses a twin shock system that can be adjusted to any player's preference. The rims are one of the very few premium residential rims that are warranted for dunking AND HANGING. Basketball Rim Training Aids
There are several training aids made for the rim including rebounders (Zipedo Rebounder) and reducers (Shotmatic R2 Rim Reducer). The rebounders simulate realistic rebounds no matter what shot is taken on the rim. Reducers are used hone your shot by effectively making the rim smaller. This is the same principal used by many sports such as tennis and ping-pong in which player practice with smaller racquets. When they move back to a standard size racquet, the "sweet spot" feels much larger and more accurate shots are taken.
