Stan was easy to work with. He dug the hole, installed the anchor and striped the court on day 1 and returned day 2 to install the system because we paid for quick setting concrete. Stan was professional, courteous and an all around nice guy.

Mr. Freeman certainly knew what he was doing. He took care of all of the supplies. It was a two-step process. He was very reliable and offered many helpful tips and suggestions.

Mr. Stanley did such a great job installing our basketball hoop. Several of our neighbors have commented that it really looks nice.

Stanley installed our hoop in Pittsburgh in one day and did an outstanding job doing so, working until dark to get the job done to perfection. He is reliable and super friendly, and would have him install 100 more hoops if I had them to put in.

Stan was amazing! One of the best contractors I have ever worked with. Professional, cordial, organized, knowledgeable, efficient, nice and I could keep going on! Was even patient with my kids as they wanted to be near as he was digging and putting up the hoop. I wish he painted, built houses, remodeled, landscaped plumber, electrician and was a handy man as I would use him for everything! Don't bother with anyone else as there is no way anyone can offer a better (or even close) all-around service. Stan truly is the man!!!

Stanley Freeman was the epitome of professionalism. He was prompt, courteous and meticulous with his work. His communication was incredible. We were kept updated in every aspect of the work order. He demonstrated he really cared about his work and took great pride in what he did---- measrements had to be exact, etc. I would recommend him to anyone. Bottom line--- biblical principles were important to him.

Professional, thorough, did NOT leave until I was completely satisfied and educated on Hoop. Metro made sure system was perfect NOT just good enough. The assemblers tightened & loosened the same bolts several times to ensure that the rim was perfect. I had them back a week later to assemble another product my wife won at an auction.

My husband and a friend were able to install the product. There were very explicit instructions on your site and a great hands on video to watch.

It took a long time to get a response and schedule an install. After a first trip to the house, I was told it would be an additional $200 for a special jack hammer due to a rock in the ground, and it would be awhile before he could come back, leaving a huge hold in my yard. I had a friend in the concrete business look at it and was told a special jack hammer was not necessary. After the final install, I came home to a huge mound of dirt and rock in my driveway. My neighbors had to dig me out so I could use my garage again. A few weeks later, the rim was coming loose and the backboard was shaking when the kids were playing; Doug refused to respond and come out and fix it. I will need to get another installer to fix it; do not trust Doug to come back to my house.
