Men’s College 3-Point Line Moves

Friday, June 15th, 2007

The NCAA committee has approved the expansion of the men’s college 3-point line to 20-9 from 19-9 (one foot further from the center of the hoop).  We have put together some information on this at our court dimension page including links to commentary about how it will effect the game.  Women’s and high school 3-point lines will remain the same.  Courts will now have two 3-point lines in contrasting color for women’s and men’s play.  Both are true arcs unlike the NBA 3-point line.

Pro Dunk Hoops is proud to announce that we are now partnering with FlexCourt to bring you complete solutions for your backyard basketball court. This will include several FlexCourt tile (read about flex court basketball court surfacing) packages and bundles of the tiles and basketball goals (view Pro Dunk basketball goals).
