We absolutely love our Pro Dunk Diamond goal. It is very sturdy for men's play and yet easily adjustable so that young children can shoot at a lower height.

When my 10 year old sat in the hoop and his friend cranked him up to 10 feet I had two concurrent thoughts: 1) “ Wow, that’s a sturdy hoop!” and 2) “Tucker don’t even think about jumping from there!!!” The second thought was verbalized and was thankfully successful. Great hoop!!!

This by far the best basketball goal system on the market. Every thing about it is first class and built to last. Rock solid and easily adjustable. After researching and actually looking at several installations of the Produnk and some of its competitors, it was obvious- Produnk is the best. If you're looking for a quality product with an unbeatable warranty, this goal is for you.

Great product and very high quality. Installed two Diamond units for our 25 home gated homeowners association. Younger children use height adjustment feature ofte.

Good product, good design...wish gear ratio for lowering and raising the rim were a little more aggressive (55 revolutions on handle to move from 10' to 7.5' seems like a lot).

The installation was a breeze and the instruction packet was very detailed and specific. We are completely thrilled with the product and we have received many favorable comments from friends and family. The only suggestion I would make concerns the basketball that was sent with the hoop. I view your product as a premium product and knew what to expect based off of the price I paid. I could have bought a cheaper product but I wanted the best. I would recommend that you not degrade your brand by sending cheap basketballs with it. I am not picking on you guys, but that ball is cheap and does not pair with the quality and perception of your product. I would have been just as content without receiving a ball of that quality at all or been given a good ball or even a coupon for a good ball. I would highly recommend your product to anyone!!!

This goal far exceeds my expectations. It is very sturdy and plays as well as, if not better than, any indoor gym I have ever played in. My son and his friends love it and I’m looking for many, many years of quality play from this system. If you’re on the fence about buying this goal go ahead and pull the trigger. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Best basketball hoop I have ever seen. We had a lifetime and it fell apart after about a year of use. My five year old can lower my Pro Dunk Diamond hoop down to where he can use it. The construction of the Pro Dunk is above and beyond everything on the market. It far exceeded my expectations. We will have years and years of fun with our hoop and it will probably outlast me. It’s weather shield will keep it protected in our harsh Utah weather. The durability and high quality of this Pro Dunk product can’t be summed up in one little review you have to see it for yourself. Go buya Pro Dunk if you are looking to get a basketball hoop.

I love the look and solidity of my new ProDunk Hoop! Due to its weight, four men were needed for installation, but the process was straightforward. I had my five year-old grandson over and he loved playing on it when it was set at 8 feet. I now want to fine-tune the action of the rim so it "gives" just the right amount. Does tightening the bolts or any other adjustment change the rim action? It's certainly acceptable the way it is, but it feels as if it is bouncing just a bit more than a professional rim.

Extremely happy and everyone who comes over falls in love with it! I did get the lettering as well and I didn’t know you had to put it on yourself which was fine but a couple of letters didn’t want to stick so I just left them on longer before I pulled of the cover. The bottom cover that covers the screws was too small but I called and I just have to send them a photo and they said they would send me the right size one. So I’m doing that next! The hoop is amazing and very good quality!

Our team could not be happier with our ProDunk goal! Not only is this great for the adults on our team, but they can bring their kids to have some family fun after work or on the weekends. The adjustable goal makes this great for all ages!! The customer service was very friendly and helpful and we received our goal within a week, as expected. The quality is better than expected! We will definitely be repeat customers and recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality goal.

Awesome product. As advertised. Shipping was brutal on the packaging, but got very lucky, no obvious damage. Only other comment, They could stamp "front" on the base plate rather than just a sticker. Sticker came off and concrete installer mounted the thing sideways in the concrete base.

We have had our goal for 3 weeks now and could not be happier with it! Our 5 year old is able to raise and lower the goal by himself , and it easily moves from 6-10 feet in less than 1-2 minutes (by an adult). The goal itself perfect with a high quality backboard and rim. Now I am just waiting the full month for the concrete to set before adults can dunk too! We likewise had a great experience with the installer chosen from the ProDunk website, and could not have asked for a smoother process once here. We did run into a little difficulty with the delivery who showed up outside of our arranged time and arrived with some damage to the packing materials, though no damage was done to the goal. I took photographs prior to signing and described the damage on the receipt of delivery as instructed on the ProDunk email regarding delivery. Ultimately, we did not need to use them as there was no damage to the goal. Moving the components (particularly the main beam and backboard) of the Diamond in ground system was a 2 or 3 person task (I am 6'3 and 200 lbs), despite being told it would only take a dolly. Overall a great product and installation and my only surprises were with the 3rd party delivery.
