Our pro dunk gold hoop is perfect for our 3 boys ages 4,6, and 11. It can adjust to fit all three of their sizes and strengths. We love it! It’s too bad we had a horrible experience with the suggested installers on the pro dunk website. They could not meet any of their timelines, installed it in the wrong place the first time, and now have not completed the job in which they were supposed to pour a very small cement slab in front of the hoop. They will not answer my texts or calls. It’s dissapointing how people just don’t care about customer service anymore. I wish we would have not relied on the websites suggestion and had gotten a few other companies to come out.

The system is very sturdy and professional looking, easy to adjust height and the install team did a fantastic job. Couldn’t be happier!

This hoop is very solidly built, and yet easy enough for my four-year-old to adjust it to his height. I am very happy with this hoop.

The system is well put together and easy to assemble. Once the concrete was cured, the installation only took about 2 hours. Now that we have the system up, it is very solid and does not rattle at all when playing. Shooting on the system feels just like playing in our high school gym. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a true gym-like experience!

It was easy to put together and set, thanks to the great instruction and video's that come with and on the website. My kids absolute love it. It is very sturdy and seems to be very solid hoop. My kids who are 7 and 5 year old can raise and lower with easy. The neighbor kids (middle school age) have been dunking and hanging on the rim and holds up great. So far I am very impressed and very please with this purchase. I would definitely recommend this product.

I took my son to the YMCA to shoot baskets almost everyday. Decided to build a court in backyard to get the same reps in. Pro Dunk Gold is solid the product is as if your in the gym. Shots, Rebounds, Bounces, Banks, Bricks all feel the same on this basketball hoop. Install was simple enough to do on my own, I did need help lifting backboard. We leave hoop at regulation most of the time, but we have lowered a few times to play dunk ball and yes you can hang on the rim. Big bonus customer service is top notch, during install I called several times when I had questions and received clear direction just to make sure install went perfect. Overall I'm happy with Pro Dunk Hoops, to add I ordered and just completed painting key and 3 point line with the Pro Dunk Stencil Kit

The structure is incredibly stable; crank pressure is a great balance of ease of use (easy enough for my 7 and 9 years olds to turn, with some effort) while holding height position. Much better design than other hoop systems that have "set heights" (i.e. those that need a tool to adjust height). I hired a crew to set it up, not trusting myself with pouring and setting the concrete base, but when I watched the hoop being stood up, I was impressed with how well it was designed for ease of set-up (bravo to your design engineers).

Excellent process all the way around! From the ordering, to delivery to installation instructions/videos, the process was very easy. Except for digging the hole for the concrete, that took some work, but was it worth it! I always do a ton of research before making a big purchase like this. Comparing it to the big box store basketball goals, the Pro-Dunk is made of stronger/thicker steel, a thicker backboard and the height adjustment is easy for children of all ages. They even throw in a new basketball and nice thick padding to protect everyone playing. All the kids in my neighborhood, from age 5 to 50 can easily adjust the height! Its also great that it goes down to 5', makes even the smallest kid feel like they can play! Most of the big-box store goals only go to 7' or so, which is a total deal breaker if you have small children, they can't even throw a small basketball up that high! Quality is better than expected, SUPER fast shipment, very pleased with everything about this hoop. Even utilized a recommended installer and never had to lift a finger. The inground pro-hoops hoop is awesome!

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! The quality is fantastic and the customer service was awesome! I think I even offer Zach a job! These guys delivered an awesome product and even better customer service. That’s saying a lot because the goal is awesome!

This is a wonderful product and my kids and I love playing hoops on it! The operation is very simple and the craftsmanship appears to be of the best quality in the market. One nice feature is the pin that prevents the goal from being lowered beneath 7 feet; this helps ensure the safety of small children from running into part of the goal and from taking rebounds in the face. Overall 5 stars for me!!!

Very satisfied. Bought this after a hurricane dropped a tree on our Goalrilla. The Produnk system was MUCH easier to install. My wife and I were able to install the hoop ourselves. The Goalrilla took 4 adults.
