This product was easily setup, I did have to You Tube some parts that I was unsure on. This product is very sturdy and can stand up to the wind speeds Oklahoma has to offer. This product is competitively priced and the quality I have been very pleased with. When selecting my goal, the customer service was great and honest with me and what my needs were to selecting the right goal package.

I use the goal for my son to practice his game on. Also for instructional lessons of basketball with him. Our favorite thing about the goal is like your are playing on a professional arena goal.

Builder installed the concrete and anchors. I installed the net with my brother in law, some cinder blocks to hold the backboard and limited help (5 minutes) from my sister in law! Took some time to level and now I have a personal net nicer than any in the neighborhood, town, or county! Delivery was also convenient. Old dominion worked around my schedule and helped me load in my car from the street and unload at the rear of the house (would not drive down gravel driveway which I understood)!

I used the goal mainly for recreational purposes. Games like horse and around the world. My 13 year old has friends over to play 3v3 or 2v2 on the 30 by 30 pad it supports. Many things great about it. Very stable at maximum height. 4 foot overhang is nice. easy to crank up. Some of the cons is the rattling of the Height indicator. I have to take it off to shoot. More of an minor annoyance. Also, at a very low height, the goal is not a sturdy and tends to bounce up and down when kids dunk. One other minor issue is the crank. Yes, it is easy, but it takes many revolutions to crank it from 5 ft to 10 ft.

MANUFACTURER RESPONSE:
At lower heights the spring assist cartridge is used as a shock absorber to protect the system from abuse and to protect children's joints from high impact maneuvers.

We use the product every day. The neighborhood comes over for a night of fun. My son's bball team likes to lower the basket and play dunk ball. The neighborhood can hear are laughter. I live that my kids can go and practice anytime. The only problem we have seen is the padding cover tore easily. Over all we love this and have recommended to others.

We have three children 12 years old and under. They can easily adjust the height themselves. We often find two of the hanging from the rim. No noticeable damage. It is great quality!

Unbelievably professional looking hoop. Our seven-year-old can easily adjust the height. It is also fantastic for our younger kids as it lowers lower than any hoop I could find on the market. Overall putting it together wasn't too bad the only issue is that the backboard is so incredibly large you almost need four adults to install it.

For my 10th wedding anniversary, I surprised my husband with the pro-dunk platinum, timed with our move to a new house. Growing up, he dreamed of having his own hoop in front of the house like other kids had and when he saw it as we pulled in to our new drive way, he had no words!! It was so emotional for him and not a day goes by that he doesn't thank me. He uses it every day and people stop in their cars to compliment us on it.

We purchased this system so that my high school daughter would have a good hoop to shoot on during the off-season. We play around a couple times every week - it plays just like a gymnasium quality hoop (maybe better :)). We've got no regrets with the hoop - installation wasn't tough but you will need a couple buddies to complete the backboard installation.

This is a high-quality in-ground adjustable hoop at reasonable price! Even my 6-year old son can easily adjust the height. The frame, rim, and backboard exhibit very good rigidity and the 72-inch glass is wonderful to have.

This is the best hoop on the market. You won't find a more durable, well built hoop anywhere. This hoop will last years and years and will withstand anything or anyone you throw at it. I purchased it because of the extra strength in the areas I have always seen other hoops fail.

I purchased the Pro Dunk Platinum Basketball System after doing a bit of research and all I can say is, I'm happy I went with the Pro Dunk Platinum Basketball System. I installed the system myself after watching the installation video. The worst part of installing the system for me was digging the hole. Living in Southeastern Wisconsin I wanted to make sure the hole would be lower than the frost line so I dug down ~ 4 ft, while making a bell shaped hole towards the bottom while adding the rebar that came with the unit. After digging that big of a hole I decided to have a concrete truck come with 1.25 yards of concrete. I did not want to take the chance of mixing concrete and not having enough, plus I did not want to make 3 trips (concrete is heavy on a truck) back and forth to Home Depot and deal with the dust. So after finding out I only needed a yard of concrete but it was cheaper to order 1.25 yards (who knew the delivery charge would be cheaper) which cost me about 200 dollars. So I had the concrete truck pull up and dump the concrete in the hole (make sure the rebar stays straight up when the concrete gets dumped) and then I went to get my son from school (wife wanted his hand prints in the concrete) which was less than a 1/2 hour and the concrete was already hardening, but we made it. After leaving the concrete sit for 3 days it was time for the install. The system is really very easy to put together BUT IT'S BUILT LIKE A MACK TRUCK so you'll need help. For the most part it takes 2 people until you get ready to lift the backboard, then you'll need 3 people (2 strong people to lift the backboard and 1 to put the bolts thru the holes) to finish the job. It took about an hour to assemble once you have the parts laid out and ready to go. I can't tell you how many of my neighbors have come by and told me how they have never seen such a nice Basketball System. They have even commented on how I must have paid thousands of dollars for such a professional system, to which I just get a good laugh. Once up the system is so easy to raise and lower my 8 year old son can crank it with his one hand. In fact I can literally crank it up and down with 2 fingers. I like the fact that I can lock the handle (with my master lock) and that way I don't have to worry about someone in the neighborhood leaving the system down or hanging on it. Although I must admit I'm 6'2" and would have no concerns about hanging on the rim, because it truly is built like a Sherman tank. Another beautiful thing about the system is if you move you can easily take the system with you to your new location. All I can say is if you want a fair to good system don't by this unit. If you want a Basketball System that is A CUT ABOVE the rest, then purchase this Pro Dunk Platinum Basketball System. You won't regret it!!!!

It's great! Love the breakaway rim and awesome backboard. Very stable and weather resistant. Great for any and every use, from pickup games to Slam Dunk Contests, practicing to 3 point shooting contests. I am very pleased with how easy the adjusting is, makes it enjoyable for everybody. Would definitely recommend this product to a friend. Very solid performance and quality.

This goal has been given a workout. The boys are constantly outside rain or shine and usually have an entire crew playing. The goal is adjustable by hand crank so it can go to many different heights. The boys have enjoyed a few dunk contests by lowering the hoop and the rim system has held up great to this type of play. They also can readjust the goal to regulation height for practice. We had the lines drawn on the drive and it looks very professional. Anthony Vega and his crew did an outstanding job with set up and painting the lines.

We were looking for an in-ground hoop to replace the old portable hoop that was in our driveway. The main requirements were that it be regulation size and as stable as possible. I looked at many different systems at stores and on the internet. Unfortunately there is no real way of testing stability without actually trying out the hoop in person, and there aren't any stores in this area where you can do that. Therefore you have to rely on reading as many reviews as possible. based on the website reviews we chose the Pro Dunk system. I am glad we did as it is very stable and the only time the backboard moves is when shooting hard bank shots or dunking. Even then the movement is hardly noticeable and stops almost immediately. My son and his friends use the hoop at the 10' height for serious practice and then lower it to have dunk contests. We have had the hoop up for over a month now and have no regrets. It is definitely the best hoop in the neighborhood.

This hoop is rugged enough for my nephew and friends to play some competitive ball and versatile enough to adjust height for my children. It seems to be excellent quality and appears to be good enough construction so that it will last for years to come.

I am 6'6" and 250 lbs. I dunk all the time. I've never met a dunk shot I didn't like. I hang on the rim all the time. Feels like the backboards I played college ball on. I installed it myself. It took three days to dig the hole but now I have story to tell when people walk by and ask about my awesome hoop. It's only been in for a few months but it's been rock solid. I live in Casper, WY where we get some serious snow and wind, so far so good.

Very nice product and assembly was straight forward. We use our court for practice and pick up games. The glass is very realistic with feel and rebound. Our only problem was with the third party delivery company whom did not schedule delivery upon receipt. Great product. Thanks.

Delivered quickly as promised. Assembly Wiz came on schedule and was very professional. The hoop is very sturdy and built from quality materials. It's the best performing and looking hoop in our neighborhood. I highly recommend Pro Dunk Hoops and Assembly Wiz to anyone in the market for a new hoop.
