Aside from the 3 feet of clay that I had to dig to get this beast in the ground, this basketball system is awesome. Many compliments from the neighbors. Going from a portable system to this was a bit of an eye opener when it comes to shooting hoops. The response from 1/2 in glass as opposed to plexiglass is outstanding. We had to change our shooting style a bit and add a little more lite touch to our shot. And we had to change where we aimed our shot because now when the ball hits the rim it more than likely will bounce out instead of going in. So it has improved our shots because now we focus on shooting for the center of the hoop. All around this was fairly easy to install once the concrete was done. Total assembly time for my neighbor and I was 2 hours if that. Then we called on another neighbor to help with the final backboard install. 1/2 glass is really heavy. If you are in the market to bye one this is it. You wont regret it.

I love the quality of the hoop. My son and daughter lower the hoop and play. I would highly recommend the pro dunk hoop to everyone!!!

I had the silver one installed a month ago and my 5 year old can adjust it herself. The kids love it. It's a great system. It takes some time to adjust and it technically doesn't go down to 5 feet. Mine adjusts from 5 1/2 feet to 9' 11". It's great to be able to adjust to any height in between. Our friends and family had a few pickup games already.

Very solid. Recreational use with teenagers. Best basketball hoop I've seen or used. Would highly recommend over Dicks sporting goods

This is one of the best investments I have made it is good because my 14 year old can raise it so he can play with his friends and my 6 year old can lower it and dunk the ball with his friends it helps both of them have fun aND practice at the same time

Product arrived as scheduled and in great condition. Works great. we are really enjoying it. I would suggest shipping the anchor bolts, rebar and mounting plate separate from main shipment. That way you can do the ground work before the main shipment gets there. And you don't have to store the bulk of equipment while the concrete base is curing.

The Silver Pro Dunk Hoop system is a Slam-Dunk! This product is crafted with high grade steel which helps minimize the shake of the backboard. In my opinion, similar priced hoop systems sold at your local sporting goods store are not constructed of the same quality materials. The Silver Pro Dunk Hoop system was very easy to install. After installing the base plate in concrete, the remaining install moves quickly and can be done with two people. However, you will absolutely need four adults to install the backboard. The online instructional video is also a great resource to reference if you have any questions. The materials were shipped fast and the delivery company off-loaded the system from the truck into my garage. This was an added bonus because some delivery companies will not off-load the shipment or the service is an added fee.

Our 8 YR old grandson is enjoying his ProDunk, he likes the adjustable feature! His old one hoop was not adjustable.

Awesome hoop! Was delivered super quick and was fairly easy to install. Takes 2 people because of the weight and it's awkward due to it's size. Once installed, you will be really happy - It is quiet, smooth with a soft rim. Quality item and quality purchase!

so far so good. My only question would be if I feel it is slightly off center with the court and is completely assembled, can a small group of guys support the back board while I loosen the base nuts, and just ever so slightly twist the base to center? Please advise at markssarrazin@gmail.com. Otherwise, the quality and durability is exactly what I expected when I decided to go with your product. Ease of lowering and raising the hoop is fantastic. Its only been a couple weeks, but so far so great!

This is a great hoop. It's solid as a rock and doesn't move around or vibrate after taking a shot. The quality of the product is exceptional. The assembly of the system is very easy as long as you read through the directions and follow the steps precisely. Nothing is left out. We had an issue where the height adjustment part broke and would not move the backboard up or down. I called customer service and they asked me for some pictures to verify I wasn't missing anything. They then shipped out a replacement part free of charge. Those directions to reinstall that part were very precise and made installation really easy. Things do go wrong with products but the measure of a company is when they stand behind their product and you actually speak with a live human being. If/when I expand our basketball court, I will buy another ProDunkHoop product! You will not be disappointed with this product! Delivery of the product was simple. I was contacted by the shipping company to make sure someone was home when it was delivered. These extra details show the diligence of making sure the product gets to its destination in pristine condition! Highly recommended!

I purchased the Pro Dunk Silver 54" hoop and have been impressed by the look and feel of the product. The backboard and rim have the feel of a professional basketball hoop. I used a Pro Dunk installer and he did a great job setting up the hoop.

This goal was bought to enhance my 14 year olds game. Dont plan on lowering it but can see that it is easy with the crank vs ths typical pins to move it.

Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Ordering and shipment were quick and easy. I installed myself with no issue (needed another hand for the backboard). My son loves the hoop! Construction is the best on the market.

My son loves his hoop. He plays with it all the time. He also enjoys the father/son time it provides. It is easily adjustable, and he changes it based on his mood. This was a great investment.

The Pro Dunk Hoop system is easy to install and is very sturdy. Play off the backboard and rim are just as good as in an expensive gym system. For the price, Pro Dunk is the best value for such a superior product.

Our family has truly enjoyed using our new basketball hoop! 🏀 Having an option to go outside and play just a few steps from the front door has provided hours of fun, and a great excuse to get everyone out in the fresh air. The crank to raise and lower the goal is a huge hit, too!

The hoop is sturdy and solid. I am so satisfied with my purchase and would gladly recommend it to friends and family. It transitions from an adult hoop to a child hoop by way of a cranking mechanism which is really convenient and is similar to pedaling in first gear. The kids already love playing with it. So I look forward to many years of competitive games, great sportsmanship and bragging rights.

Everything about this hoop screams quality. Skip the big box stores and get a ProDunk Hoop! The winch is easy to operate and quickly adjusts the height in just a few turns. My son loves it!! (Very knowledgeable customer service answered all my questions prior to purchase which instilled confidence in our decision to purchase.)

The silver model seems like a great system for your typical family driveway set up. I was a little uncertain if the backboard would be too small, but am now confident that it wasn't worth the extra money for a few more inches for my family. Did the install myself, and it was my first time installing a goal, pouring concrete etc. digging was the toughest part, but not impossible, even North Carolina red clay. Constructing the goal was easy with the help of 2 neighbors. After 1 month of use the goal is Rock solid, easily withholds hanging and dads best attempt at a "thunder dunk". My 6,4 year old can easily adjust it and love that it comes down to 5 feet for them and their friends to dunk and hang on. The goal is really attractive to look at and is a great addition to our house. I love that it gets my kids outside more , we shoot at it every day. All in all, terrific purchase.
