On pier based systems like the Pro Dunk and Hercules, installation is a two part process. The first day you will dig the hole, pour the concrete and set the J-bolts(~1.5 hours). After the concrete dries (2-7 days), you can assemble the system on top of the pier (~1.5 hours). At this point, you're ready to start the slam dunk contest!
