What if shipment is damaged?

Determine if you're protected, if you should refuse the shipment and how to get replacement parts
Answer:

DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. Note on the delivery receipt that there was damage to the basketball system. This will ensure you are still covered by the shipping insurance. After looking at your basketball system closely, contact us with any parts that are damaged so we can file a claim and get replacement parts out to you ASAP.

Note: Our equipment is very heavy-duty. Just because the cartons are torn or look bad does not mean there is damage.
