The following applies to Pro Dunk and Hercules basketball systems that are in stock

After ordering, you will receive your confirmation email with your tracking details. The tracking number will be active once the system ships the next business day (usually late evening). Transit time to you will depend on your location but will usually be somewhere between 2 and 5 business days. Once the shipment arrivies at the destination terminal it will be pulled off of the truck and you will be called to schedule a delivery date and time. This is important because a signature is required. Also, delivery are usually done in the morning.
