If you are ordering a basketball system such as a Pro Dunk®, Roof King or other
oversized item please read this section carefully. These guidelines are intended to
ensure that our customers have a hassle free delivery and enjoy their new basketball
hoop as soon as possible.
Where Do You Ship?
All of our shipping estimates are for the contiguous United States (not Alaska or Hawaii
or other countries). If you live outside of this area please call for shipping quotes
at 1-888-600-8545.
Placing Your Order
When placing your order, make sure that you provide a day time phone number that the
trucking company can reach you at. Also, ensure that your email address is correct.
If it is not, you will not be notified when you order has been shipped. You will also not
receive tracking information on your order.
Shipping Time
Your order will be shipped according to the shipping status shown on the product detail page
on the date you placed the order. Once your order has been shipped, you can reference
this map
for estimated shipping times. The average shipping time is 3-4 days.
Shipping Day
After your basketball goal has left for delivery, you'll receive an email with the information
you'll need to track your shipment. Note that you may not be able to track your shipment
immediately. Also, we advise customers to keep a close eye on their shipment to make sure it
does not get off track.
Tracking Your Order
You can go to www.rlcarriers.com and enter the tracking number
you received via email in the Shipment Tracing box located on the right hand side of the home page.
Setting Up Delivery
Once your order is at the doc closest to your house or business the trucking company will call
to set up a deliver date and time. You must be at the delivery location to sign for the shipment.
Inspecting The Shipment
Once the driver unloads your order inspect the boxes very carefully. If you see any tears or
any other possible damage make sure the driver notes it on the shipping documents before you
sign them. You also need to make sure that your boxes match up to the shipping document as well.
Even if you do find some damage or are missing a box, do not reject the shipment. If, when
installing or unpacking your system you see problems please contact us at 1-888-600-8545 and we'll
be able to easily file a claim and send out a replacement part to you immediately since you noted
that there was damage.
Tips
Moving your basketball goal
If you need to move the system from where it was delivered, we suggesting getting several
helping hands. If nobody is around you can break down the largest box. It has several
other boxes inside that can be moved by one person.
Making sure damage is covered
If you see even the slightest damage on any box, make sure the driver notes this. This makes
claiming parts later an easier possibility.
