Tim and crew were AWESOME!! They came earlier then expected, worked real quick and efficiently and our hoop looks INCREDIBLE!!! The boys absolutely love it and we are so happy to have it up and perfect! Thank you Tim and the Playground Professionals! KL

Tim & his crew were great. Tim answered on my first call (other installers never returned messages) on a Thursday. He and his crew came that Sunday evening, dug the hole, poured concrete and set the support bracket. Despite being busy with a big playground job, they were back the next Thursday and completed the installation. My wife asked if I had hired ZZ Top for the installation (a couple of large men with beards), but they were friendly and professional. I would recommend them without hesitation.

From the fist time I called Tim, I knew he was the guy, he was extremely helpful and familiar with the Pro Dunk Hoop system. He assured me that I was getting a quality product from them. He was very accommodating as to getting a crew out to my house. Went over every aspect of the install when quoting the job. He told me he's put in over 800 of in-ground basketball hopes, that right there sold me. His team show up on time worked with me before hand as the the exact placement of the hoop. I was home and I saw the finished hole they dug, it was a massive undertaken and took some 10 bags of cement, surely not something i would have wanted to dig. They came back a few days later after the cement was set, it was a very neat a square concrete box. The had the installation of the basket ball system done in about an hour and half. Again they had some very specific tools like a truck bed jack to hoist the backboard in place, I simply wouldn't be able to do this job with a friend, i would have needed like 5 guys. They went over every thing when it was done, even blew up my basketball when it was all set and over. Well well worth the installation fee. These guys were awesome, My only regret is I forgot to tip the workers for their hard work.
