Fabulous equipment. Superior quality. Heavy weight allows dunking and hanging on the hoop. In addition very easy to adjust the height for my 10 years old son. It looks and works great. We are more than pleased with the product and the customer service.

I spent a lot of time researching in-ground hoops, and never knew about Pro Dunk until a friend found the website and bought one himself. I compared it to the other hoops I was considering - and the Gold model was a much better deal, not necessarily cheaper, but a larger & stronger pole, boasted a larger overhang and a more impressive adjustable range, it comes with a pole pad and anchor kit, and lifetime dunking and hanging warranty, which is very comforting with such a large piece of 1/2" glass! It arrived only 3 days after ordering, which is amazing not only because it is so large, but it comes in several packages, and is incredibly heavy. It is also very simple to set up, only took two of us an hour or so to completely set up. Of course the week prior we had to dig the hole and pour concrete which is probably the most difficult portion of the project, especially in rocky soil. Overall this hoop is totally worth it, extremely heavy-duty, built to withstand the most violent playing and dunking you can give it (Really, I am constantly jumping up and hanging on the rim!). I would recommend to any and all as I firmly believe this is the best hoop that exists for the price!

Easy set up! Very solid goal. Our small Baptist church has been buying inexpensive goals for years and the just do not last. We are thankful we were able to save up and purchase a quality goal that wil last. Our teen boys play very competitive every Monday night and even have a community wide 2 vs 2 competition every summer. The staff was truly helpful every time I called, shipping was fast and simple, all around great experience. We plan to save up and buy the lights before the time changes so we can continue to play through the mild eastern NC winter!

Money well spent!! Solid/durable hoop, look forward to playing on it for years to come with my three kids. My kids can easily higher and lower the hoop by themselves. The staff was also very helpful and friendly!

Even my 2 year old can get it in the hoop given how low it can go. My 6 year old loves it, and it was well worth the investment.

Great Heavy Duty hoop. My 2yr old and 6yr old love it!. Adjust down as far as I want it to go, great for young kids wanting to shoot hoops.

The hoop looks great in the driveway and all four of my kids use the hoop on a daily basis. Adjusting the hoop is easy even for my 5 year old. Pro dunk Hoops is the only basketball hoop company I would recommend to anyone.

The hoop is well constructed and aesthetically pleasing! My 7-year-old can lower it herself and she and her 5-year-old shoot hoops together. And after they go to bed, my husband raises it and plays himself!

Pro Dunk team was great every step of the way. From ordering to delivery to installation, they were responsive and professional. The product is great. Several people have commented on the quality and have gone and ordered them as well. Could not be happier. My two boys (19 and 15 years old) can be tough to please. They were amazed at the quality of the product.

I researched the options to death when comparing and focused in on Pro Dunk, Goalsetter and American Eagle (Sport Courts). I purchased the Pro Dunk Gold which compared best (and they have the comparison on their website) to the Goalsetter Captian which retails for $700 more that the Pro Dunk Gold, a big factor. In addition, the Pro-Dunk comes with the backboard padding and pole padding that are add-ons for the Goal setter which added $253 more so a total difference is the Pro Dunk was lower in cost by $953. Last but not least on the decision making was the materials of construction. The Pro Dunk has a 5 gauge pole which is over 20% thicker than the 7 gauge Goalsetter and American Eagle offer and the glass thickness is 1/2" which is the regulation thickness compared to the other manufacturer's 3/8" thick glass. For a minor additional fee the Pro Dunk offered complete stainless steel hardware and galvanized the steel before powder coating. Since this is adjacent to our driveway we live in a northern climate with snow, ice and road salt, we opted to go with that option, which I don't believe the competitors offered. This was to be installed on an existing concrete footing so I was proposing to use epoxy anchors rather than casing in the anchors that come with the hoop. We were informed that if we did that the Goalsetter warranty would be void. I called Pro Dunk and they said that would not void the warranty and it was not uncommon. I placed the order one day and the tracking showed it was in our town for delivery the next day and was delivered the following, so we received it in two days. Oh yea... forgot to mention shipping was free! It was a bit intimidating when it came, with a shipping weight of over 500 lbs and it looked like a nightmare was on the way to install. It wasn't though. It took less that 1.5 hours for me and two of my sons to install. It is best done with two people up to the point where you put the backboard on. That is heavy and big so the boys lifted it into place and I slid the bolts in (Dad benefit!). A recommendation if you have a pickup, put the backboard on the tailgate and back it up to the pole to install. It lower to less than 5' so the boys only had to lift it about a foot. It is rock solid. We installed a Lifetime at the grandparent's house and there is no comparision, albeit this did cost more, but worth the extra.

Directions were great and hoop was easy to install. Kids love it! My 3 boys ages 7,9 and 11 can all easily adjust it.

We just had this hoop installed a few weeks ago, but so far it is great. My 12 yearr old son and all his friends love it! They love dunking on it and it is very easy to adjust the height. So far it is very sturdy and works great.

Overhang said 4'. Mine seems to have 5'. Hoop is sturdy. I thought it would be like sturdy like a brick house. It does have a slight shake. My other friends with cheaper hoop think it's real sturdy. Maybe all the research I did made me think it would be brick house. All and all great hoop. I would like to see how the other 2 competitors in this price range work.

Easy Install. The kit came with everything except concrete. Including the rebar- I never expected it to be packaged in steps great Job. When installing the base plate you can fudge a little being parallel to the court because the base plate is slotted and can move a little- not just a hole. This made it very easy to adjust the backboard. My son is 12 and loves the feel of the return of the ball off the glass backboard. It was definitely a change from a cheaper plastic backboard. I hope it will help in the school's court.

The hoop looks great, is extremely sturdy and well built, and very easy to adjust heights. I see it being something we will use for a long time with our now grown kids and future grandkids.

Everything about working with ProDunk Hoops has been great. Ordering the system was simple and the free shipping was an added bonus. Delivery came in a timely manner of only a few days and it came all on one pallet, which made storing the unit until I was able to assemble very convenient. Once installed, which only took an hour or two, my two kids and I were immediately able to enjoy playing. The hardest part was waiting for the concrete to harden so that I could install the pole onto the base plate.

I have three boys ages16,14, 9. The ease of adjustment is a must. Installation was a breeze. Already been a lot of time spent playing on it and seems to be exactly what we were looking for.

My twelve year old grandson wanted it set at regulation 10 feet. I began to wonder why I bought an adjustable goal. My son called the next day and said my grandson had lowered it to about 7 1/2 feet and was practicing his dunks. Great product!

It is a very solid built hoop, my three kids enjoy it. One more thing to keep the kids and myself active. The self adjustment is easy to work and I like the ability to lock the handle so the neighborhood kids do not play around with it.
