Very knowledgeable staff with quick turnaround. I bought 2 hoops for our dedicated court and can't be happier. Installation was straightforward and my 3 boys use it everyday.

The product has been great! I received it 3 days after ordering which was a great surprise. I went ahead and did installation myself. Do yourself a favor and save $300-400 and do it yourself. The worst part is digging the hole, after that, with a couple of buddies, it was a super simple process. The hoop is sturdy and looks great! We are going to get a lot of enjoyment out of it for years to come.

My best purchase of the year. My boys went from begging to play videos games to playing outside as soon as they get home from school. We love the goal and even have to force them inside at night and when it's raining. Goal is sturdy and easily adjusted everyday for my 8 and 10 yr olds. It goes frim game play to dunk contest easily!

Just installed this product at our church property. Although some of the parts were pretty heavy, we were able to install it with 2 guys for the most part (3 guys for the backboard installation). The JH/HS students love it!

I would highly recommend this basketball hoop. I purchased on line and hired the recommended area installed. The delivery was quick and easy and the installater was fantastic and reasonable. My teenage sons are playing, dunking and really getting a lot of use from this. After looking at several other options this seemed the best price and quality. I would purchase same again for sure.

Awesome product!!!! Installation was super easy and I was able to complete it with two of my boys. Directions were easy to follow. The moment it was done I was playing basketball with my kids, at 9:30 on a school night 😬. I would defiantly recommend this product.

I went with the Gold level model and couldn’t be more impressed. Solid goal and great overall setup. My son said we immediately went to having one of the best if not the best setup in the neighborhood.

Great goal!! Very solid. It's the equivalent to a school gym goal in your driveway. Everyone in my family loves and uses it......even the neighbors.

Excellent quality and relatively easy to install but quantity of concrete for base is definitely more than listed in install video, about 25 to 30 bags. Hoop height easily adjusted.

Solid hoop when shooting at 10'. Does shake a bit when dunking at lower levels. Couldn't tell you how it behaves when dunking at 10 ft! Slow but easy to raise and lower. Very happy with it.

The install was tough, but for what you are installing, it should be. The documentation was pretty accurate and I only had a few hiccups but was able to get installed with just myself, my 20 year old son and his friend. I do strongly recommend having a professional install the base. Since installation, I have played, my 20 year old has played and we have lowered for my 8 year old son and wife as well. Everyone has loved playing on it!!! It seems very sturdy and I have been very impressed.

I bought this for my son who just turned 14. I wanted a hoop that he and his buddies could play on and get close to game-like feel from the backboard and rim...plus be able to easily adjust for the inevitable dunk contests. Plus I didn’t want to have to worry if the hoop was going to hold up from the dunking...this year, and as the boys get bigger. It’s been up for about a month and I have to say, it has exceeded my expectations. The quality was actually better than I thought it would be. This hoop will undoubtedly outlive me. It went up faster than I thought too which was nice (me, my son and his friend had it up in less than 2 hrs.). Fantastic!

Great product, solidly built. Installer recommended on Pro Dunks website was excellent and professional. Kids love playing on this. Neighbourhood kids love it too!

Great sturdy hoop! I have children ages 6,12 and 16 and I love that it is so easy to adjust that even my 6 year old can do it by himself.

We’re completely satisfied with our Produnk Gold! Our entire family including our 8 year old twin boys and five year old daughter easily adjust the hoop and have had a blast playing! It’s truly an amazing system and will not disappoint!
