Delivered quickly as promised. Assembly Wiz came on schedule and was very professional. The hoop is very sturdy and built from quality materials. It's the best performing and looking hoop in our neighborhood. I highly recommend Pro Dunk Hoops and Assembly Wiz to anyone in the market for a new hoop.

Solid system that is relatively easy to set up once the hole is dug and concrete poured. good backboard response, very stable. I would reccomend this system.

First Class so glad we got the powder coat as it is next to sprinklers that are above. The chip in the rim was a bummer, but nobody sees it but me. I count it as getting a rustic rim :)

My son had poor mechanics due to soft acrylic backboards, now he has the real deal right in the back yard and his shooting is improving everyday. ..aau ball is 24/7/365

This goal is solid! The backboard is awesome and it blows anything in a retail store out of the water. My 5 year old raises and lowers the hoop and for her she can go all the way to 5 feet. Overall, after 2 months I've been very happy with my purchase.

The construction of Goal is second to none. I compared several of the leading manufactures specifications before I purchased a PRO DUNK HOOP, and it is a far superior product. I am very pleased with my purchase.

We purchased two hoops and love them so far! Kids play on them every day!! No matter your age you can play!! Our 5 year old daughter lowers hoop down and plays or our boys place them at 10ft. With the turn of a fingure. Yes its that easy. Great customer service, quick delivery, easy set up with good directions! So far we are very happy with our hoops.

When you get to the part of the instructions (putting on the backboard) and they say, "now it's time to get a friend to help", you better get a few. Backboard is very heavy due to the well constructed product.

I'm so thankful I decided to do one last search for the perfect basketball hoop before I bought. This will be the last hoop I'll ever need to buy. My kids are young right now but they will grow up playing and practicing on a hoop very similar to what they will see in high school and college if they decide to pursue the sport. My kids will be big so I wanted a hoop they can be rough on and it will stand up to the abuse. A Pro Dunk Hoop is the best choice I could find that will take the abuse and give a realistic competitive look, right at home. We currently have been using the hoop to get out of the house and have some family fun. This was a great investment.

I can't say enough good about the hoop... period! I hired someone to install the hoop because it was just myself and my 14-year old son. After watching the installation of the hoop it was clear we could have handled the installation. However, digging the correct hole without hitting a gas line or water line proved more tricky and was definitely worth the money. We would not have had the proper tools to dig a 4 foot hole 24 x 24 inches and mix and pour the cement without significant effort and the likelihood of error. In the Columbia, SC area, Pro Dunk Hoops did not have someone for installation. I was able to find Ted (803-606-0050) that does jobs for the 6th Man. He did an incredible job with both the in ground foundation and the hoop installation. If you're in the Columbia, SC area, I would highly recommend Ted for your installation (well worth the time saved for the money spent). My only gripe... the basketball that comes with the hoop is very low quality. In fact, mine was lopsided. Not that big of a deal... but I have bought some out door BBalls at local sporting good stores that are less than $15 that are still going strong. Find a different ball for your package.

Great product, WAY better than hoops with similar price at Dicks, WAYYYYY better. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I was moderately upset about how unstable it was when wiggled intentionally at low heights. At a low height the actuator bowed back and forth, maybe I have a bad one. When raised to 10 feet everything was solid. Kid loves it.

It is used by ALL in the family from my 2 year old grandchildren to my 53 year old brother. Bar-B-Ques at my home have a whole new meaning. It ends up with old and young battling on the court. Because of the ease of height adjustment, both my 2 year old grandsons can dunk and shoot "Buckets". And everyone that visits is in complete awe of the hoop. Greatest investment ever!!!!!!

I use the product for my boys to work on their fundamental basketball skills (i.e. rebounding, shooting, free throws and layups. My boys use the system for competitive play as well. The Pro Dunk Platinum In Ground System is durable.

Like the product... One thing I found was that when the hoop was Down all the way on the lowest height setting, the steel bar rubbed against the post setting When the kids dunked on it and already the Steel has been indented. I was disappointed With that as it rusted and is dented in that spot already

I coached an 8th grade CYO team and some of the boys would come over and play .They loved lowering the rim and have dunk contests.As well, my grand kids of differing ages would be able to adjust the height quite easily.

The Pro Dunk Platinum Basketball System is built very sturdy. You can dunk and hang on it without worry of damaging it. You can raise and lower the rim easily. I installed it myself with the help of a few friends to lift the backboard. This is a great basketball system.

I have a 13 year old that BBall MVP, a 10 year old who :"dabbles", and a 3 year old who is a serious competitor for her age. the three year old loves it set at 5.5 feet where she'll shoot 4 out of 5 consistently. unless you are a construciton person, I STRONGLY suggest you hire a professional installer to dig the hole, pour the concrete, and assemble the system. we used a provider from the produnkhoops website and, although it took 3 weeks for them to come out and do it, it was VERY worth the wait. they installed it perfectly and even re-assembled my pavers to hug the pole perfectly.

My kids and all the neighbor kids love the Pro Dunk. My five year old can easily adjust the height while the older kids love the stability for their dunk sessions. My wife loves it because it looks amazing. I love it because of all the smiles I get to witness on all the faces. Thanks Pro Dunk!

Ours is indoors and we use the system for not only the kids but adults to. All of the kids in the area come play it and we also have a men's 3 on 3 open gym on Sundays where we lower the rim to a dunkable height and it performs outstanding.

The product is everything it is advertised to be. I am completely satisfied. Durability appears rugged but none of us can dunk so it has not received a true test. I would suggest that the adjustable handle be removable so that a drill could be used for making height adjustments. My kids range from 2-13 so the full range is often used.

We use it every day and it looks as good as the day we got it. The system is easy for my 6 and 8 year old to adjust on their own to go from dunking to playing an official height game! One of the better decisions "Daddy" ever made!

My grand children love the goal. It's adjustable and accommodates all ages. The neighborhood kids like playing on it too. ADVICE: if you have lights - Install a timer switch in the garage so you can control how late into the night the goal is used.
