This unit is exactly what I needed to mimick the gym experience. Job relocated and getting to the gym to play pickup/practice was impossible. Hardly any vibration when the ball hits the board and rim on this set. The massive 72" board makes this one the largest on our block. Adjusting height is a breeze, can't wait for the nephew to come up so he can dunk on it. Only mishap was the delivery company didn't bring a forklift or dolly when they arrived at the house - I had to lift these 200-300lbs pieces (backboard/post/etc) from the delivery truck up my driveway w/ the delivery guy.

I'm very impressed with the customer service that Pro Hoops provided during the ordering and delivery process. It's extremely difficult to find great customer service in the 21st century and very glad I found it with Pro Hoops. All parts/components were delivered well before I expected (loved it), everything was in great condition and nothing damaged nor missing. The installation instruction/video is wonderful and easy to follow. I like the fact it was not too many nuts and bolts to assemble, very straight forward instructions. I highly recommend Pro Hoops- great job to the Pro Hoops team!

Professional Installation was well worth it and John Rivers of Assembly Pro was superb with the installation. Amazing with attention to detail! My neighbor and I agreed to help each other install our goals, he purchased a Goalrilla and I have the Produnk Platinum. There is no comparison on the quality of the Platinum. I felt bad for him because he paid about the same but has the smaller backboard and the post are much lighter weight. My 10 year old son can easily adjust it and loves to lower it so he can dunk on it. If I could rate it at 10 I would.

The goal was a little bigger than I had imagined. However, I am extremely pleased with the quality. I bought it for my kids but I’ve taken it over. They have to ask permission to lower it down from 10 feet.

I have kids in high school, middle school and elementary school and this hoop works well for ALL of them (and their friends)! Two are over six feet and two are smaller so the adjustable height feature is great. We bought it so they can dunk without worrying they are going to break (another) basketball hoop--everyone loves dunking! I would recommend the professional installation. We used the installer on the website for our area--he was fantastic!

The students are excited to use the hoops. We had them installed at a school so they will be used daily by all of the students. (K - 8th) The delivery was seamless and our installer, Patrick, was both courteous and professional. The other names that were suggested were not as good. Two installers never returned my calls, I even talked to one and there was absolutely no follow through...that was very disappointing. The other installer gave us an estimate then talked negatively about his competition and why he should get the job. He stopped by the school again, uninvited, when he saw that the hoops had not been installed yet. This was after I had already emailed and told him that we had gone with another company. It made the school feel uneasy and this wasn't professional at all. We were very happy with our choice and we would use him again to install additional hoops if needed.

shipping was really fast.. the quality is top notch.. pretty easy to put together really just about a dozen foot long bolts and nuts, didnt even use the instructions just watched and paused the online video.. after getting this goal I went back to Dicks Sports and looked at the gorilla and goliath again and they are no where near the quality of the pro dunk platinum.. I'm very happy
