The video and instructions to put the hoop together were great! I was able to very easily put the hoop up with just my wife and small kids. It is very solid and I can tell it is built to last! I have been most impressed with the product so far. I do like the fact that the hoop lowers for kids of all ages.

My 5 and 6 year old’s love adjusting the hoop themselves to see how high they can make shots. Also, the low adjustable height settings is a must with young kids...they love attempting to dunk!

Excellent product. I was a bit worried about the goal holding up our weight as several of us who play casually day to day are not small men (230-270) but it is a very solid system. Would highly recommend to others who like to play multiple days per week.

My two teenage boys love it! They play every minute they can. They had previously gone through two other portable goals and an in ground from other manufacturers. This is the first goal I have seen that lives up to it's description and looks like it will last a long time!

Since installing the hoop, I don't believe there has been one day that has passed where it didn't get used. I can already tell that the purchase of my ProDunk Hoop will be one of the best investments in health/fitness/well-being of all my family members for a long time! My 7 year-old is easily able to adjust the hoop down so that she can play along with her little brother and sister. My wife adjusts the hoop back up when she wants to shoot around, and everyone has had the chance to dunk as well with no issues to report!

Quality of the nba product. Easy for my 6 and 3 year old to play with. Also so so impressed with the customer service called about a random question during installation process and pro dunk was so eager and willing to help. What a wonderful company!

Ordered Monday at 8:00 pm and it was delivered Wednesday at 11:30. I was very impressed with everything, including how it was packaged and explained in the directions. So glad I stayed away from the one I almost purchased at Dicks. One complaint would be the clank I get from jumpers hitting the front of the rim, I keep adjusting son it hoping to silence it. That being said, more than satisfied with this unit. Oh, by the way I buried it in 40 bags of quickcrete. I figured better offf with a little more than not enough! Feels good to be playing back above the rim 😀

I really struggled with what type of basketball goal I wanted to order. I made the decision to go with the Pro Dunk Hoops Platnuim series and could not be happier with the purchase. This thing is really solid and my high school age boys are putting it to the test each and every night with some big time dunks. No issues at all after the first month. I was most impressed with the assemble instructions. I decided to put this together myself with the help of my sons and it went really smooth. The online video was very helpful and we watched this each step of the way. I will point out that the instructions stated that you would need some muscle for the backboard installation was correct. Its really heavy but with four guys you will have no problem. Exceptional product and well worth the cost. Many thanks!

I ordered the product not knowing much about the brand name or quality and took a chance with Pro Dunk Hoops. Needless to say, everything from shipping to installation was a breeze. The quality of the product in my opinion is second to none. Installation was painless and step by step instructions made it easy. The materials used are high grade and durable. My entire family has been using it since I installed it almost every day and absolutely love the product. My 3 and 5 year olds can adjust the height with no issues. I would recommend it to anyone. Best Hoop on the market!!!

Our children and neighbors love it! The neighborhood kids are now at our house all the time. Their parents are so happy they know their kids are safe and that they are outside playing again. It's a comfort to know where your children are at and who they are with. When our oldest comes home from work now the first place he goes to is the backyard now instead of the gaming system. I should have purchased the hoop years ago to bring them out of the house sooner. The dunking contest are exciting to watch! We actually have to rate them - the kids instant. The sense of accomplishment of the little guys feeling like they can dunk just as good as the older kids is awesome. Adjusting the hoop down is so easy the kids do it themselves! I think this was a fabulous investment plus we enjoy watching our kids play with friends and family. The staff made this buying experience very easy, answered all questions I had and really made me feel like I was selecting the right product. I never felt rushed, I felt like they were invested in my decision. They even suggested pro installers that were fabulous. If you are looking for a professional basketball system with superior quality look no further. Thank you so much for giving us the great outdoors and family time back again. Assembly : Heavy!! Don't try this by yourself or with just one other person. Minimum 3 strong individuals. That aside, the assembly was very easy. The video makes it look really fast but it will take some time to get the bolts in place, align, level, and tighten. This thing is a rock and isn't going anywhere. I bought 2 and the second one installed much faster after figuring out which bolts go where. I mixed up 2 bolts on the first and had to reassemble. The 2nd one was done in half the time. Use: I wish the crank was motorized because it can be tiring going from 10' down to 5.5'. But it works well and is smooth. Enjoyment: So far we are loving the hoops. I didn't think much of the basketballs that came with them but they are surprisingly well put together. Your standard rubber outdoor basketball that I didn't think we would use but I am getting used to them. All in all a good setup for a much lower price than a lot of other companies. The customer service and help has been great throughout. They look like they will last well into the future but we'll see how they handle the harsh Utah winters.

Awsome!! My son says its better than the one at the basketball park. Easy to assemble. I did the whole thing myself except putting up the backboard. The hardest part is the digging of the hole for the concrete base. I went a little overboard and had to use 35 80lb bags of premixed concrete. However the basket is so solid and perfectly level. The instructions are well written and illustrated but I also watched a youtube video. I am getting the driveway sealed before I do the stencil court markings. The backstop addition is well made and sturdy. It does a good job of keeping the ball from my neighbors house.
