Great product, was easy to install on my own and my kids have been outside everyday since shooting hoops with their friends! We are now the hang out spot in the neighborhood :)

The Basketball that came with the purchase is out of round and deformed, but it was Free, so I guess that's what you get Tim Dickson

Awesome product. Easy to set-up, but you'll definitely need some manpower at least 3 to 4 people. Instructions were not that clear, but produnkhoops customers support was very helpful in ensuring that the proper items were used appropriately. Backboard and rims are very good quality and durable. Roof mount bracket is good, but I think it can more sturdier. I wish there was an easier way to adjust the backboard to be centered since it's very heavy. Overall, the whole setup is nice and works perfectly. My kids love it and enjoy playing basketball everyday after school.

No issues. Followed simple directions and all went well. Biggest challenge was lifting backboard and rim up to and on to the frame. Achieved this feat with two persons. One 65 year old and one 71 year old. We fastened boards onto the headache racks of a pickup then laid a sheet of 1/2" plywood on them making a platform. Backboard to tailgate. Two men to tailgate. Backboard to platform. Both men to platform then backed the truck under the eave. We bolted a piece 2x6 across the bottom of the frame. We lifted the backboard on to the 2x6. One of us stabilized it. The other went on to the roof and installed the bolts and leveled the unit.

great product, but the parts they give you to set up are ridiculous....the washers are the cheapest they could provide. Do yourself a favor and go buy bigger and stronger washers for set up...you would think for what they charge for the set, they would provide adequate parts for installation.

This hoop is great for my husband and 4 boys to play backyard basketball. It installed beautifully onto our sloped garage roof. It is sturdy and well made. It is VERY heavy, which made installation interesting, but very worth it. The backboard has a similar response to those in the gym our boys play in, which makes it ideal for practicing.

We installed it on our garage. Set it at 9', but will be able to move it up to 10' in a few years. It is so solid and has true bounce comparable to a gym hoop.

This SOB is MUCH heavier than I thought. Definitely a 2 person job to mount on the roof.

We love this hoop! We had a handyman help us install it. It is very heavy and must be done by two people. This is a quality piece of equipment that will be used for as long as our son lives in the house. It is just like playing in the gymnasium. We are extremely pleased. If you ever do a commercial, you can call on us to give a recommendation.

Excellent and very responsive company with 5-star customer service and install team! My 13 y/o and his friends love the new Roof King Gold and shoot for hours! Added plus is that it looks great with our new roof and gutters! Highly recommend this company!!

This hoop system is great. It is VERY heavy and you definitely need two people to install. However the quality is great and entire family loves playing basketball on it. It’s actually better quality than my local gym. I highly recommend this for anyone that wants top of the line product.

Like the backboard is made of granite. So darn solid. Wish the top didn’t stick up 5 inches above the board though. Totally recommend

Excellent product. I was impressed with the how solid the bracket is. I was worried that a flimsy bracket would vibrate and shake the roof. Not the case with this backboard. It's heavy and easily absorbs shots with no vibration or backboard movement. Pleasantly surprised.
