The product is great thus far. Everyone is having a good time with it, including the neighbors. We had a bad experience at first with the installer, but he resolved the issue and did a good job in the end. Even though that has nothing to do with the product, I thought it was worth mentioning. Overall, I think this is an excellent buy. Just make sure you buy when there is a sale. It's a pricey unit even when on sale. But is definitely a better product than I've ever played on before and I've played on a ton of front yard hoops.

Hoop came exactly like explained online, ordering was seamless, shipping was fast and precise. Installing hoop was easy even for a novice with supplied instructions and online videos. The entire hoop is super high quality, sturdy, and will outlast my children playing sports. Extremely happy, I would recommend this system to anyone interested in purchasing a hoop.

The sturdiness of this goal is second to none. I believe the "Shaq" himself couldn't bring this goal down! Great product, great customer service and great PR information. My 10 year-old LOVES it!

I ordered my goal online one day and it was installed the next, no back orders! My 11 year old loves his 10ft goal; its the neighborhood attraction for sure.

Great basketball hoop. Very sturdy construction and the height is easily adjusted. My son loves his new hoop and is out there every day playing.

I use the goal with my little brother all the time and we love it. Its durable and the rim is just as good and sturdy as an indoor hoop. The height it goes down to is really good for my little bro because he can't dunk on 10 yet. It also helps me dunk on 10 better because of the rim and how durable it and the backboard is. I would highly recommend this for anyone who docent want to drive to an inside court anymore its worth the money.

The whole hoop as well as the assembly is well made and well thought out. There are numerous added features for the safety of everyone using this equipment. My grandson loves the fact he can lower the hoop to make more shots. He's 9 years old and a devoted basketball fan. I highly recommend this company. The entire process from ordering, paying and final delivery of the hoop and it's other components was both easy and simple.

# Positives - Customer Service: Your customer service is fantastic. By far your greatest strength in my opinion. - Quality Product: The goal is well built and easy to raise and lower. We have four kid 2, 4, 8, and 11 who all enjoy playing along with my wife and me. - Assembly: Easy to assemble. - Instructions: It's nice that you list in the instructions the type of paint to purchase for touch up and highlight the areas where additional help is needed to install the backboard. # Potential Improvements - Packaging: The first shipment had damage on the box containing the rim, so we rejected that box per the shipping instructions. The replacement rim also had damage where two holes wore through the cardboard box shipped via FedEx. The next replacement rim was packed with additional padding, so it arrived without problems. Also, some of the paint was worn off the pole even though the exterior box was undamaged. This is easily solved with some Rust-Oleum. The packaging is definitely not a deterrent for me to recommend your product to friends.

Love that the hoop is infinitely adjustable so I can dunk as well as the kids at whatever height we like. Very solid system and easy to install.

Excellent product. Kids will use this through high school. Recommend getting a professional installer - likely to run another $400 - $500. Would be nice if the hoop lowered without a crank - but really not a problem.

The man that came to set it up was very communicative and helpful - he did a great job! The final product is so cool, my family loves it more than I wouldn't imagined! My kids love how easy it is to lower and raise it, makes it so easy for all of my kids to use ages 2-12!

Received just what I expected- a sturdy, professional look and feel basketball hoop. The ball rebounds off the glass backboard similar to a backboard in a high school gym. Anyone can adjust the hoop down to the lowest height with ease.

Couldn't be more satisfied. This is exactly what I heard it would be. Sturdy professional quality goal that you couldn't get in any retail locations. The installer recommended by the website in our area was outstanding as well. I know I will refer in the future...great product!
